QDII Quaternary Disinfectant (QDII) is a multi-purpose sanitizer, disinfectant, deodorizer, virucide and mildewstat (for hard, nonporous surfaces). It is formulated specifically for restaurants, taverns, schools, hotels, athletic facilities, tanning spas, dairies and other establishments where sanitation, disinfection and deodorization are of prime importance.

QDII is especially economical to use as a sanitizer for food contact surfaces. It is formulated for dilution with water. Use only ¼ oz. per gallon of water – the ready-to-use cost is less than 1¢ a gallon!

Recommended for commercial use only

QDII may also be used as a last tank sanitizer for utensils and for disinfecting walls and floors.

QDII is not a hospital grade disinfectant.
