The Soak Tank for grill hood filters and screens (Soak Tank) is a 29” x 19” x 15” high density polyethylene tub that includes a tight fitting lid and drain valve. It fits on a steel dolly with wheels for ease of movement.

The Soak Tank should be used with Special Cleaner. Its powerful action removes grease and related food soils from commercial grill hood filters and screens quickly and economically (click here for details).

Directions:
Pre-rinse filters and screens in hot water. To fill Soak Tank, add 3 gallons of Special Cleaner and fill with warm water to line (10-1/4 inches from bottom of tank). Soak until grease and soils are loosened. Remove filters and screens, rinse well, run through dishwasher and air dry.

Store filled Soak Tank and reuse solution as necessary. To recharge Soak Tank, locate spigot over floor drain, open and drain until empty. Rinse inside of Soak Tank well and wipe out any residue with paper towels. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Follow filling directions.
