When you make a purchase from us, you provide basic information that allows us to fill your order: name, delivery address, telephone number and email address. SHIPPING & HANDLING
ORDERS ARE SHIPPED ONLY TO THE 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES OF THE UNITED STATES. WE REGRET THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP TO FPO/APO ADDRESSES, HAWAII, ALASKA, PUERTO RICO OR INTERNATIONALLY. Except where noted, all orders will be shipped FED EX Ground. Packages should be opened and inspected for damages before accepting from FED EX. We are not responsible for any damages incurred during shipment.
Our shipping charges are based on shipment weight.

RETURNS
A customer who wishes to return an item must first contact DeVere Company, Inc. to obtain a Return Authorization Number. The item must be returned, postage prepaid by the customer, within 30 days of the date of purchase. The item must be unopened, in its original packaging and in resaleable condition. We reserve the right to reject any returned item that does not comply with our return policy.
A refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the item. The refund will be issued for the purchase price minus the shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee. Please allow up to four weeks for processing of the refund.
